All content on the Polaryntivo platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, videos, audio recordings, course materials, seminar presentations, software, and data compilations, is the property of Polaryntivo or its content suppliers and is protected by intellectual property laws.

4.2 User Content

You retain ownership of any content you submit, post, or display on the platform, including discussion posts, questions, assignments, and feedback. By submitting content, you grant Polaryntivo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform your content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

4.3 Trademarks

Polaryntivo name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Polaryntivo. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

5. Enrollment and Payment Terms

5.1 Course Enrollment

When you enroll in a seminar or course, you agree to pay all applicable fees. All fees are stated in the local currency and must be paid in advance unless otherwise specified.

5.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information and authorize us to charge the applicable fees to your designated payment method.

5.3 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on the specific seminar or course terms provided at the time of enrollment. Generally, refunds may be available within a specified period after enrollment begins. Refund requests must be submitted in writing to help@polaryntivo.com.

5.4 Price Changes

Polaryntivo reserves the right to change pricing for services at any time. Price changes will not affect enrollments already completed, but will apply to future enrollments.

6. Conduct and Community Guidelines

Our platform includes interactive features such as discussion forums, live sessions, and peer collaboration tools. When participating in these features, you agree to:

Treat all participants, instructors, and staff with respect and courtesy
Engage in constructive and relevant discussions
Refrain from harassment, discrimination, or offensive behavior
Respect diverse perspectives and opinions
Maintain confidentiality of other participants' personal information
Not post spam, advertisements, or promotional content
Not share inappropriate, offensive, or illegal content

7. Content Accuracy and Educational Purposes

While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date information, Polaryntivo makes no representations or warranties regarding the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of any content on the platform. Content is provided for educational purposes only and should not be considered professional advice in fields such as legal, financial, medical, or technical matters.

8. Certificates and Credentials

Upon successful completion of certain seminars or courses, you may receive a certificate of completion. These certificates:

Represent successful participation in the educational program
Are not accredited academic credentials unless explicitly stated
May be verified through our platform
Remain the property of Polaryntivo and may be revoked for violations of these Terms

9. Privacy and Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using our platform, you consent to our data practices as described in the Privacy Policy.

10. Third-Party Links and Services

11.1 Disclaimer of Warranties

The Polaryntivo platform and all content and services provided are offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Polaryntivo disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Polaryntivo does not warrant that:

The platform will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
Defects will be corrected
The platform or servers are free of viruses or harmful components
Results from using the platform will meet your requirements

11.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polaryntivo, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from:

Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform
Any conduct or content of any third party on the platform
Any content obtained from the platform
Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content

In no event shall Polaryntivo's total liability to you for all damages, losses, or causes of action exceed the amount you have paid to Polaryntivo in the twelve months prior to the claim, or one hundred currency units, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Polaryntivo, its affiliates, licensors, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, licensors, suppliers, successors, and assigns from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms or your use of the platform.

13. Termination and Suspension

13.1 Termination by You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at help@polaryntivo.com. Upon termination, your right to access and use the platform will immediately cease.

13.2 Termination by Polaryntivo

Polaryntivo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice, for any reason including but not limited to:

Violation of these Terms
Fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity
Extended periods of inactivity
Requests by law enforcement or government agencies

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination, all licenses and rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease. You will no longer have access to your account, course materials, or any content associated with your account. Polaryntivo is not obligated to maintain or provide you with copies of any content you have posted or stored on the platform.

14. Modifications to Terms and Services

Polaryntivo reserves the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the platform after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

We also reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the platform at any time, including the availability of any features, database, or content, without notice and without liability.

15. General Provisions

15.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any additional terms to which you agree when using particular elements of the platform, constitute the entire agreement between you and Polaryntivo regarding the use of the platform.

15.2 Waiver

No waiver of any term of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or any other term. Polaryntivo's failure to assert any right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.

15.3 Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

15.4 Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms or your rights and obligations under these Terms without Polaryntivo's prior written consent. Polaryntivo may assign these Terms without restriction.

15.5 Force Majeure

Polaryntivo shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, terrorism, riots, embargoes, acts of civil or military authorities, fire, floods, accidents, pandemics, strikes, or shortages of transportation facilities, fuel, energy, labor, or materials.

15.6 Survival

All provisions of these Terms which by their nature should survive termination shall survive termination, including but not limited to ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability.
